Cheryl showed no hesitation!

Cheryl was very easy to work with. I appreciated her quick responses to emails. When our flight got cancelled, she had no hesitation helping us even though it was "after hours" which we appreciated so much! She assisted with flight refunds and the travel insurance claim process. It was so nice to have a main contact when things go wrong! Thank you again.
