We had a great time in La Romana. Thank you for taking care of us as if we were family.

We will not go on a trip unless we have gone thru Cheryl. Everything is easy and I am 100% confident that the trip will run smoothly from start to finish. I'm also 100% confident that if something ever did happen before, during or after the trip where we needed help or guidance to deal with an issue.... Cheryl would be there. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone I know looking for an experienced travel agent to guide them thru the process. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!!

We are so pleased with the service Five O'clock Somewhere provided us. Our stay at Fiesta Americana resort was great. Very quiet and their service was upscale. The staff always had a smile and ready to answer any questions you had.

Cheryl you went far and beyond to meet our needs for this vacation. We'll definitely use your services in the near future.

I try to do a family friendly vacation every year and then a trip for just Adam and I every other.

I truly appreciate your patience and quick response with me. I don’t know how you keep up with everything, but you rock it!

Cheryl put a trip together for us in one day that a well known large travel agency in Milwaukee could not do after two weeks. The private tours she arranged for us were all outstanding. We will be using her again.

Great travel agent to work with, Cheryl was extremely helpful and even picked up on the first call when we had issues with a canceled flight in a foreign country on a Sunday night! She worked with the airline and got our flight rescheduled for the following day and made the situation as smooth as possible. My wife and I don’t like planning, so we let Cheryl do the majority of the work and things went great on our trip! We had a great time and would recommend the agency to anyone.

We had a wonderful trip to the Excellence in Punta Cana. This is our second trip to there that Cheryl helped us book. She made everything so easy and is always so helpful to us. She is also always available for any questions we love her!

Cheryl helped find the right place to go for our vacation. We had an idea where we wanted to go and she gave us quotes on all places. We ended going to the place we had in mind. The price was what we expected. Majestic Mirage swim out suite. She requested for us the side of the hotel we wanted to be on and we got it. Cheryl was very helpful with any questions we had on traveling. Definitely will be having her help us with our next travel plans.

The resort was exactly what we wanted! Cheryl listened to our long list of wants and worries and some how picked out a Resort that managed to exceed all of them! Every aspect of our trip was planned perfectly.
