AMAZING Honeymoon & AMAZING Travel Agent

​Where do I begin? From the time my husband and I contacted Cheryl to the time we got back from our honeymoon; she made us both feel so important and treated us as though we were her only clients. She sat down with us for a couple hours before we made a decision on where we wanted to go, going over all the positives and negatives about each destination. Before we left that appointment, she handed us a bunch of information on the few places we narrowed it down to and wrote out a list of prices for each. After my husband (at the time fiancé) and I got home, we were able to weigh the pros and cons of each in the comfort of our own home. We both had a lot of questions and she was so accessible by email or phone and got back to us almost instantly with an answer to any question we had along the way. After we decided on Jamaica and the Secrets Resort, she even went above and beyond to write an email to the hotel requesting extra special treatment - which we did receive. On the way home from the honeymoon, we ran into bad weather in Chicago and were unable to land, she made sure our transportation home was aware of this delay and followed up with us after.
